Shipping
Unless otherwise specified by you, we will ship all orders via UPS ground or US Postal Service. All the maps are printed to order, so if you are ordering unframed prints, we usually ship within 2 days and delivery time is 2 to 5 business days depending on location of delivery. Framed prints take about a week to prepare for shipment, so it will usually take about two to 2 1/2 weeks for your order to be delivered. Expedited shipping is available, but it will still take about a week to prepare a framed print. November and December are our busiest months, so shipping is sometimes delayed even longer. If you need earlier delivery, please call us, and we will TRY to accomodate you. Overseas shipping is available via U.S. Postal Service, but there are size restrictions in some countries, and USPS does not deliver to every location. We will inform you by email if your package cannot be delivered, and we will refund any money paid. The overseas shipping charge is for up to 10 prints.
Payment Options
We accept online payments in US dollars from VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or DISCOVER via secure on-line submission or by phone to our toll-free number. You may use PAYPAL to submit your order using your cards or your PayPal account. Overseas customers may have to use PayPal or money orders in U.S. dollars.
Sales Tax
Residents of Colorado will be charged 4.1% sales tax which will be automatically applied when you place your order. Residents of other states do not pay sales tax at the present time.

Return Policy:
Damaged goods
All damaged goods will be replaced at no cost to you. You must keep the damaged artwork AND the packaging it came in available for thirty days or until the shipper contacts you.
Artwork not as described
If you feel the artwork you have received is not as described, you may contact us toll-free at (800)304-5029 or via email at archivalmaps@mapsandprints.com, and we will make every effort to accomodate a legitimate claim. It is in your best interest to call us before you buy if you have any questions regarding print colors, mat colors or frame styles and colors. We have had very few requests of this sort, so we are confident that you will be satisfied with the maps that you buy. Remember thst the smaller print sizes cannot show all the detail of the larger sizes. The text may be hard to read, as an example'
We will not refund shipping charges, and we will deduct 5% to cover processing charges..
